Hey there! Just wanted to share that I got my wisdom tooth pulled here, and it was a really good experience. I was in quite a bit of pain and needed to get in ASAP, and luckily, they squeezed me in for an appointment the very next day! The whole extraction process went super smoothly too. 😊You have a choice between local vs full anesthesia and I had a full anesthesia. I did not feel any pain even after a week after the surgery. I am just going to say that this is one of the best staff and amazing customer service I have ever experienced. My regular dentist was supposed to put my crown in and snapped the screw inside the implant screw hole. She was overtightening it, and that's why it snapped in half. She was unable to take it out, and I had to go to doctor Yen, who took me in right away and took care of it. But the whole process from the phone call, to availability, approach after the unpleasant experience, and understanding is what makes this office truly exceptional. I highly recommend it!
